Training
AEC-Sync is very easy and intuitive to use. Consequently the training process is also easy. For each project, we provide two training sessions. The first is for the design team – and is really focused on the overall usage of AEC-Sync. Your designated project administrator learns what they need to know here. The second training is for the contractors, to help them understand their role.
Users adopt AEC-Sync rapidly, as their “roles” are clearly managed in the software. Subcontractors have a simple process to enter their Submittals and RFIs. It is self explanatory, as is the contractors review and approval. Training for new users happens at the beginning of the first project, and just takes a 60 minutes.
AEC-Sync also provides a detailed “how to” tool for anyone who needs a quick reminder. Our experience after a few projects is that no additional training is needed – but it is always available. Just ask if you need some more training, or want a new partner to get up to speed.
