AEC-Sync is a collaborative solution to construction administration. AEC-Sync puts a time stamp on every document and transaction so you can see the complete history. RFI's, for example, show a complete history with date and time stamps for all movements -- that is "submitted," "forwarded" and "answered" -- as well as the detailed answer history. Submittals show the complete "opened," "edited," "closed," and so on, along with the transmittal and review histories. AEC-Sync keeps track of all the time and date stamps.

This provides you with both rapid answers to "when was this sent?" and "was it read?" questions, and provides transparency ensuring that users  can't claim "I didn't see that document," or "no, I have not approved that yet."
