Monthly project fee or fixed fee

AEC-Sync is offered in two scalable pricing models that correlates with your project budget. The fee can be paid over the duration of the project through monthly invoicing or through a flat one-time fee.

At no time are individual users charged for using the software. That means one entity pays for the service and the individual users do not pay any licensing fees. Typically the owner/client of the project pays for the service as an allowance to the project or the fee is included within the bid documents under specification section 013000 (project management).

Fees include unlimited users, training sessions and an independent electronic archive.

UNLIMITED USERS (NO USER LICENSE)

We want everyone involved with your project to use AEC-Sync – this provides you and your project owner the best possible experience. To make this easy for everyone, there are no incremental charges for additional users. Add unlimited subcontractors, contractors, construction managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and owners to your project at no additional charge.

The designated project administrators have full access to the user management and can add users at anytime. It literally takes 30 seconds to add a user to a project.

TRAINING

Every project receives a training session via web conference included in the monthly fee. Click here to read more about our training sessions.

ARCHIVE

At the end of a project we archive the project and provide an offline record of all data. Depending on the size of the data it will be sent by FTP or DVD. We will also archive the data on our server and make it accessible free of charge.

PROJECTS THAT GO ON HOLD

You only pay for projects that are active. If your project goes on hold, so does our monthly billing.

IMPORT EXISTING DATA

We offer import utilities that take your existing spreadsheets and import them into AEC-Sync. You can begin using AEC-Sync at any point during the project.

SPECIFY AEC-Sync

The AEC-Sync pricing model is in-line with your project usage and is designed to be an expense to the project (not to individual users). On the opposite end of the spectrum, if you purchase an enterprise-wide solution, it’s impossible to allocate the cost of the system to a specific project.

Projects benefit from AEC-Sync and the collaboration it fosters. Owners get a better result and mitigate post-construction issues. The AEC-Sync per-project pricing allows you to put AEC-Sync in the project specification or treat it as a reimbursable expense.
