Custom Logs and Reports
AEC-Sync is a real time collaborative system. As such, much of your normal work with AEC-Sync is “real time” -- reviewing, commenting, marking-up, and responding. Reporting is an essential tool to support problem identification, provide summary information to support meetings, keep track of specific open items and support decision making.
AEC-Sync provides a number of standard and custom on-demand reports which are presented immediately on the screen and can be printed. These standard reports are conveniently displayed by the function the user is working with. Of course users can create individual reports and custom lists, and have them stored in AEC-Sync on their screen.

Standard reports are powerful additions to meetings; however on-demand customized reports are useful for day-to-day issue identification. The user defines logs by document type, date range, keyword and many more optional criteria. Provide a display name and a new report can be saved for future use.
SPREADSHEET REPORTING
AEC-Sync provides a unique facility to retrieve and present any information is spreadsheet format. Simply select the type of information you are looking for – say potential change order – and all of the information is presented in a worksheet format. From there you can filter, hide/show columns, print, export to Excel or a CSV file for use in other applications.
