AEC-Sync provides customizable user types. Any construction project that involves a design team and construction team can utilize our service. For example, the Iowa Department of Transportation is currently utilizing AEC-Sync.

Eliminate Double and Triple Entry

AEC-Sync provides tools for the entire construction team including subcontractors. All data submitted from the subcontractors is filtered by the General Contractor or Construction Manager prior to the design team review. The clock starts once the submittal is officially sent to the design team. When AEC-Sync is used to its fullest extent, the General Contractor and Architect simply review the information and serve as the gate-keeper of the information for both parties.

A true collaborative environment – the subcontractors enter information once and all team-members share that data. This approach provides a central repository of information, all initiated by the subcontractors.
