AEC-Sync tracks the entire history of transactions. In the case of Submittals, AEC-Sync starts tracking when it is first created by the subcontractor or contractor. As the Submittal moves to the design team, you can print a transmittal document or forward it electronically. Every action is captured – even if you later print a copy of the transmittal, it will indicate if it was initially printed or sent via the web.

AEC-Sync keeps track of when Submittals were opened, forwarded, edited, closed – and reopened. The history is captured, including consultant comments. All AEC-Sync construction administration processes have the same features of complete data capture and tracking.
