Automatic Notifications
AEC-Sync keeps track of document work flows and dates for Submittals, RFIs, and Field Reports. This keeps the project flow as smooth as possible, minimizing unproductive dead time while waiting for the next person to take action. Notifications happen proactively with automatic routing, and reactively for items that are overdue.
AEC-Sync provides notification options for new and returned Submittals, RFIs, and Field Reports, allowing you to configure the appropriate level of automation for each project. This is useful if an owner wants to be copied on new submittals or all returned RFIs. Another example is field engineers who want to be notified when a field report is issued. AEC-Sync takes the guess work out of distributing documents.
AEC-Sync gives the design team the additional option to be notified when individual consultants have responded to Submittals and RFIs, or when all responses have been received.
Of course not all documents come back on time… AEC-Sync keeps track of late documents so you don’t have to. AEC-Sync will optionally generate late notices starting the day after the due date to alert the consultants to get them completed. AEC-Sync will also generate a weekly “to do list” for the design team.
