Auto Transmittal Generation

Generating transmittals is the most exhausting and tedious task during construction administration. With attolist the process of generating transmittals is elimated. Type it in once to the submittal log and that’s it- attolist does the rest.

Consider this formula for a large air handling unit submittal. As the architect, you have to send this submittal to your mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical and acoustic consultants. You have to create an individual transmittal to each of them. They then must create a transmittal back to you. And finally you send a transmittal to the general contractor. That’s 11 transmittals for a single submittal!

Attolist eliminates all of that- even for your consultants. All you do is add the submittal to the log and select the transmittal recipients. Attolist then generates a transmittal in PDF format that is retrievable anytime from the website. Your consultants generate transmittals back to you the same way. Archiving

VIEWING DATA AFTER PROJECT CLOSEOUT. When your projects are finished your information will reside safely on our servers for a minumum of ten years. During that time you may continue to view all of your information free of charge. We can also provide you a DVD at the end of your project. The information is viewable from any standard spreadsheet software.
