AEC-Sync allows custom action item list categories, which allows project specific items, and sufficient granularity on projects. Users can see their open items with a single click, and are allowed to create their own categories to help stay organized.

Action items carry a detailed description, and users can attach documents that will be centrally stored for easy access. AEC-Sync provides a listing of project members –- simply check who needs to be involved. Priorities and dates are assigned and email notifications are sent to the responsible party.
